You can start using SmartData by simply begining to type your information in the textbox in the bottom of the page. Separate the data you enter by comma without any limit. Eg: GROCERIES FOR JAN 2023, ABC SUPER MARKET, 2500, EXPENSE, PERSONAL

SmartData Menu can be accessed by pressing "#", button in the bottom of the page, above input text box.

Following are the 'Menu', options:

• Home
  When you press this option, takes you to data to its raw format.
• Edit
  To edit existing data this option is used. Each data listed is having ID listed underneath it. In order to edit a already entered data, please follow these steps:

  STEP 1: Enter the ID of the data you want to edit in the text box
  STEP 2: Press '#' and choose 'Edit' option
  STEP 3: Input text box will now have 'SD_EDIT/ID/DATA', please note DATA will contain value of the ID you entered in STEP 1
  STEP 4: Replace 'SD_EDIT/ID/DATA', with the 'ID' of the data you want to edit ie 'SD_EDIT/22/COLLECT BOOKS,FROM RAJU,AT 4PM,TODO,PERSONAL'
  STEP 5: Press 'Enter' key and your data will get updated with new values.
• Delete
  To delete existing data this option is used. Each data listed is having ID listed underneath it. In order to delete an already existing data, please follow these steps:

  STEP 1: Press '#' and choose 'Delete' option
  STEP 2: Input text box will now have 'SD_DEL/ID'
  STEP 3: Replace 'SD_DEL/ID', with the 'ID' of the data you want to delete ie 'SD_DEL/22', replace 22 with the ID of your data.
  STEP 4: Press 'Enter' key and your data will get deleted from SmartData.
• Analyse

  Use this option to visualize your data into tables based on patterns of data like similar columns etc. SmartData uses advanced algorithms for visualizing the data and this feature will be updated regularly to enhance the user experience.

• Share

  Use this option to backup / share your data with others like your family members, friends, co-workers, colleagues, business partners. This is the most powerful feature of SmartData, using this feature you can increase your productivity many fold.

  Please follow these steps to backup / share data with others:

  STEP 1: Press '#' and choose 'Share' option
  STEP 2: New dialog window will open asking to confirm your selection.
  STEP 3: Takes you to SmartData login page.
  STEP 4: You need to be registered to be able to access this feature. If you are not already registered, please register yourself. Registration is free.
  STEP 5: After successful login, takes you to 'My Data' page, and will display the URL to share with other party. From here, you can also copy URL for the data you have already backed up. Kindly note that for free accounts, we only keep backup of last 10 incidents.
  STEP 6: Copy the URL and share it with your other party.
• Recommend

  Use this option to Recommend SmartData to your family members, friends, co-workers, colleagues, business partners.

• Import

  Use this option to import data into SmartData with the URL shared or backed up yourself or by your family members, friends, co-workers, colleagues, business partners.

  Please follow these steps to import data into SmartData

  STEP 1: Press '#' and choose 'Import' option
  STEP 2: New dialog window will open asking to paste data from the URL shared.
  STEP 3: Paste data into the text box and follow on-screen instructions.
  STEP 4: Your shared data is now imported. We recommend taking backup of your existing data by pressing 'Share', option to your account. For instructions please read 'Share' option above.
